Itna (Kishoreganj) Correspondent: A day-long training on duck farming has been organized for the members of the non-government organization NGO ASHA in Itna Upazila of the district. On Wednesday, May 14 at 10 am, training was provided to 30 male and female ASHA members in the hall room of Bijoy Ketan Restaurant. As the trainers of Itna Upazila, Animal Resources Officer Golam Mohammad Mehedi and Mithamoin Upazila Animal Resources Extension Officer Hijael Mahmud, trained 30 ASHA members. So that they can run large-scale duck and chicken farms. The number of ASHA members in Itna Upazila is 2,200. This training will continue among the members in a phased manner. After the training, loans will be provided from ASHA to run the farms. ASHA District Manager Fazlul Haque Mintu and Itna Upazila ASHA Branch Manager Md. Mosharraf Hossain were present at the time.
